Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals

In this course, delegates will gain foundational knowledge of core data concepts and related Microsoft Azure data services. They will learn about core data concepts such as relational, non-relational, big data, and analytics, and build their foundational knowledge of cloud data services within Microsoft Azure. They will explore fundamental relational data concepts and relational database services, explore Microsoft Azure storage for non-relational data and the fundamentals of Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB. They will also learn about large-scale data warehousing, real-time analytics, and data visualization. For Microsoft Partners, passing the associated exam (DP-900 Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals) and getting the certification does not accrue points for the Data & AI (Azure) Skilling category. However, in addition to providing a baseline knowledge and confidence in Microsoft Azure it is a strategic step on the road to earning points through other certifications. A better understanding of data, awareness of Microsoft’s data offerings and knowing how to deploy them also supports the Data & AI (Azure) Customer Success category which focuses on deployment and usage. This course prepares delegates to sit the DP-900 exam as part of a wider scheme of learning (E.g., MS Learn, Practice Tests).
